Digital Products — No Refunds
The GLP-1 Appeal Toolkit is a digital product delivered by instant download. Because the product is delivered electronically and is accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason once a purchase has been completed and the download has been made available.
This policy applies regardless of whether you have opened, downloaded, or used the files.
Why We Have This Policy
Digital products cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. Once the toolkit has been delivered to you, we have no way to verify that the files have been deleted or are no longer in your possession. For this reason, a no-refund policy is standard practice for digital downloads across the industry, and it is the policy we apply consistently to all purchases.

What You Are Purchasing
Before completing your purchase, please confirm that you understand the following:

- Word documents can be opened in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages, and most other word processing applications
- The toolkit is delivered digitally — nothing is shipped by mail
- Access to the download is provided immediately upon confirmed payment
- The toolkit is licensed for your personal use only — it may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or sublicensed to any other person
Exceptions
We do not make exceptions to this policy for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of an appeal.

If you believe you have experienced a duplicate charge, have not received your download, or have received corrupted files, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue and we will respond promptly.
